ABOUT
I’m Jesse, a musician and restaurant manager turned programmer. At the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, both my careers were the hardest hit. I began designing a wordpress website and curriculum to give virtual guitar lessons, and fell in love with the creative process. Now I am a full stack engineer who loves to inject creativity into my code. Feel free to reach out if you have a project in mind!

Flashy
Flashy is a flashcard app I built from the ground up to make studying actually enjoyable. Users can create their own decks, browse community content, generate cards using AI, and even add friends to study together. It supports light/dark mode, real-time notifications, user profiles, achievements, and a full community moderation system.
FlixGrub
A mobile app that allows users to search for nearby drive in movie theaters, see movie times, book tickets, and even purchase food from their menus!
